The Neat Package (Basic Service)


Perfect for intimate gatherings and small parties (15-50 guests).

  • One professional bartender.

  • Portable bar setup.

  • Basic drink menu: Beer, wine, and 2 signature cocktails.

  • Client provides mixers, garnishes, and ices.

  • Client provides alcohol.

Starting at: $400 for the first 3 hours.
Additional hours: $100/hour.

The “On The Rocks” Package (Signature Package)

Ideal for weddings, corporate events, and medium-sized celebrations (50-150 guests).

  • Two professional bartenders.

  • One barback.

  • Portable bar setup.

  • Custom drink menu: Up to 5 signature cocktails.

  • Client provides mixers, garnishes, and ices.

  • Client provides alcohol.


Starting at: $650 for the first 3 hours.
Additional hours: $150/hour.

The Top Shelf Experience (Premium Full-Service Package)

Designed for grand events, large weddings, corporate galas, and festivals (150+ guests).

  • Two professional bartenders and one barback.

  • Portable bar setup with full-service customization.

  • Custom drink menu: Up to 10 signature cocktails.

  • Mixers, garnishes, ice, disposable drinkware, and premium alcohol included.

  • Full-service setup and cleanup.


Starting at: $1,200 for the first 4 hours.
Additional hours: $200/hour.

Add-Ons to Elevate Your Experience

  • Alcohol Supply Management: Let us handle sourcing and delivering your alcohol. $300/event.

  • Additional Bartender: Ensure every guest is served promptly. $150 for the first 3 hours, $50/hour thereafter.

  • Custom Bar Decor: Add a personal touch to your bar setup. $200/event.

  • Mocktail Package: Delight guests with premium non-alcoholic options. $250/event.

Only Need A Bartender?

Already have the alcohol and set up, but need professional bartending service? Our Pour Decisionz team provides skilled bartenders and bar backs to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Starting at: $150 for the first 3 hours. (Per Bartender)
Additional hours: $50/hour. (Per Bartender)

*Bar Back: $20/hr (OPTIONAL, — depending on number of guests, may be required)

Cancellation Policy

At Pour Decisionz, LLC, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to accommodate your needs while ensuring fairness to all parties.

Below is our general cancellation policy:

Cancellation Deadlines and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event date:
    A refund of any payments made, not including deposit, will be issued.

  • Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to the event date:
    A 50% refund of the total event cost will be issued. The deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event date:
    No refunds will be issued, and the full payment is required.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling 14+ days prior to the event date:
    Clients may reschedule their event once at no additional cost. The new event date must be within 6 months of the original date and is subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling less than 14 days prior to the event date:
    A rescheduling fee of $150 will apply. The new event date must be within 6 months of the original date and is subject to availability.

Force Majeure Clause

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Pour Decisionz, LLC will work with clients to reschedule their event. Refunds will not be guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate the client’s needs.

No-Show Policy

If the client fails to provide access to the event venue or is otherwise unavailable on the day of the event, the event will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your event date and the commitment of our team.
